The flat was super spacious with two double bedrooms, in the heart of BlackHeath Village, with fairly good transportation links (bus, and overground). The flat suffered heavy water damages in the bathroom, and that were recurring problems. the flat wasn't maintained properly and the landlord was not reactive at all. In the end, good flat and location spoiled by too many problems and unresponsive landlord.

That flat was perfectly located, in the heart of Camden, above Mornington Crescent station.

That flat was perfectly located, in the heart of Camden, above Mornington Crescent station. The landlord was extremely reactive when something was wrong. Given the neighbourhood, it could be noisy at time, especially the saturday night given the Koko concert room was near. The flat is old, and not that well insulated, but otherwise, I loved living there.
