The location is great, in few steps from the University. The building itself is quite old and dusty. The management company is quite tough with their rules. For example once I accidentally left the keys in my room and they charged me 20 pounds for just opening the door and letting me to take my keys. However, once no hot water was running for few day and they did not give any compensation for that. Beware also not to get the room close to garbage chutes, because the area closeby really stinks. The price was reasonable. In total, I can say that it is value for money
