The property was really nice, if quite small. Everything is very functional and was nicely put-together for the time we lived there. There's a lovely view and it felt very premium. This is a top-floor flat, but the lift only goes up to the floor below, so you'll have to walk the final way which was fine. The building also had several break-ins in the final months we were there, with kids choosing to get drunk and smoke in the stairwell between our flat and the next floor. I'd ask whether security has been changed since 2020. Landlord was friendly - she lives in the adjacent flat and was always really quick to fix things. Unfortunately, she was quite easily led by the estate agents she employed, which resulted in her getting massively overcharged for things when we moved out... the costs of which she _kindly_ passed on to us instead. After we disputed, she held on to all of our deposit and some rent overpayment for almost 2 months and only returned it after trying to get us to promise not to take her to court. In terms of price, I understand it's now much higher - I was paying about £1,400 per month, which felt expensive for the space. Your mileage may vary.
