Don't rent this property The house was terrible. It had a a hole in the toilet floor corner, a leak in the roof, and we had mice twice. The landlord didn't care about anything and was constantly delaying any sort of repairs. We were completely in shock when he wanted to keep part of the deposit (we stopped him because his claims were ridiculous). Even worse, I know he raised the rent price after we left. Avoid.
