An old and small house in a great location for a good price. The property is really small and old and required constant maintenance. Although the landlord was quick to respond, getting things fixed always seemed like a negotiation. We had problems with mould every few months and also mice a couple of times. The location is great. The street is calm and the neighbours really nice. Waitrose, Lidl and Westfield at your doorstep, as well as central line.
