It's a really nice location, close to lots of city/neighbourhood pubs/cafes etc but still peaceful. The house has a good structure but the landlord is quite on the cheap side and needs to invest in a fresh coat of paint, new boiler. Would rather try save money in the immediate term rather than think about the long term.
